The Warm Sands neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes, multi-family homes, apartments, a condominium complex, gated modern homes, a mobile home park, commercial businesses, and eleven resorts. Warm Sands is a diverse and unique community with much to offer. Warm Sands began in the 1920’s when adobe homes were in fashion, long before the City of Palm Springs was incorporated in 1938. The community has grown and since the 1950’s many modern homes have been constructed. Today, new homes continue to be built on vacant lots in the area.
