Racquet Club West is a neighborhood of modest homes and condominiums that were constructed approximately between 1960 and 1980 with a scattering of some newer homes. Prices are very affordable and many have nice views. Christina Onassis owned a large home here and it is also the home of the famous Racquet Club Condos. Prices range in this area from 70K for a condo to 500K for a single family home.
